We are seeking savvy and skilled individuals like you to join our diverse team of Contact Centre. A job at our TUI Contact Centre offers much more than your basic salary. You will be working 6 days and have 3 consecutive days off. We offer remote working from anywhere in Spain on seasonal permanent, multiple permanent career development opportunities. Job Responsibility

  • Listen and respond to guests contacting 24/7 from around the world on holiday
  • Proactively resolve any complaints from guests
  • Collaborate with other TUI departments daily
