Job Responsibility:
Listen and respond to guests contacting 24/7 from around the world on holiday
Proactively resolve any complaints from guests
Collaborate with other TUI departments daily
Requirements:
Right to work in Spain
Speak Czech & English
Ideally speak another European language
Efficient & organized

Quick learner
Strong verbal & written skills in Czech and English
Able to work flexible shift patterns including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
