Job Responsibility:

Providing complete information in due time, by phone, e-mail or by chat
Identifies the customer’s needs related to the Bank’s products and services
Recording and forwarding the customer complaints to the relevant Bank’s departments in order to ensure their satisfaction

Requirements:

Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
Speaking clearly and succinctly are essential to provide effective customer service on the job
Good knowledge of the MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
