Join the Core Consumer Growth team to drive the next phase of Uber Eats’ growth. You will lead high-impact initiatives across key consumer lifecycles - owning the strategy for new eater acquisition and churned user resurrection. By blending deep data analysis with cross-functional execution, you will directly influence how millions of users engage with our platform.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and execute the end-to-end roadmap for acquiring new users and re-engaging lapsed 'churned' eaters through innovative, scalable campaigns
Build and monitor reporting dashboards to translate ambiguous data sets into actionable strategies, presenting findings to senior leadership
Act as the 'voice of the consumer' in forums with Product and Engineering to prioritise features that enhance the eater experience and investment efficiency
Manage and forecast promotional budgets, ensuring every dollar spent on acquisition and resurrection meets ROI targets
Ensure the flawless deployment of growth initiatives across various internal and external channels, maintaining a high bar for the consumer experience
Requirements:
3+ years of operational, analytical, or growth-focused experience gained in a fast-paced environment (e.g., tech, strategy consulting, or e-commerce)
Proven experience breaking down complex, ambiguous problems using data-driven insights and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
A quantitative degree or a background demonstrating strong numerical literacy and business acumen
Nice to have:
Basic competence in SQL (or a strong, demonstrated willingness to learn) to pull and analyze cohort data independently
Meticulous attention to detail with experience deploying complex, multi-channel marketing or CRM campaigns
Ability to influence and partner effectively with Product, Engineering, and Global CRM teams to unlock new growth capabilities
Prior experience in a marketplace business or a consumer-facing tech company is a significant plus
