Job Description

Join our sales teams in our contact centres and help us connect people to their friends, family and loved ones, and introduce them to products and services that benefit their lives. You will begin in our training academy, receiving in-depth sales and customer service training, including the TRUST framework (Taking ownership, Relating to your customer, Understanding their issue, Setting expectations, Thinking forward).

Job Responsibility

  • Take incoming calls from both new and existing customers
  • Provide advice and service on broadband deals, phones, SIMs, and account queries
  • Offer customers the right Vodafone products and services to achieve sales targets
  • Act ethically, ensuring customers are given correct information to make informed decisions
