You will begin in our training academy, receiving in-depth sales and customer service training, including the TRUST framework (Taking ownership, Relating to your customer, Understanding their issue, Setting expectations, Thinking forward).
Job Responsibility:
Take incoming calls from both new and existing customers
Provide advice and service on broadband deals, phones, SIMs, and account queries
Offer customers the right Vodafone products and services to achieve sales targets
Act ethically, ensuring customers are given correct information to make informed decisions
Requirements:
Enjoy speaking to people over the phone and providing an excellent customer experience
Motivated by being set and achieving clear targets
Resilient, able to deal with minor setbacks and stay motivated
