Job Description

You will be based in our newly refurbished Contact Centre in Stoke-on-Trent. You will begin in our training academy, where you will receive in-depth sales and customer service training. Once in the role, you will take incoming calls from both new and existing customers. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission by offering customers the right Vodafone products and services.
