Job Responsibility:
Orchestrate 360° Campaigns: Act as the strategic 'road manager' for end-to-end marketing cycles, from initial spark to post-campaign readout. Provide clear communication and excellent collaboration
Champion Gen Z Advocacy: Utilize your expert-level understanding of youth culture to ensure our product remains indispensable to the next generation of listeners
Master Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Editorial, Creative, Social, and Analytics teams to deliver cohesive storytelling across all platforms
Refine Your Creative Eye: Direct the asset development cycle, providing pivotal feedback to ensure every piece of content is polished and impactful
Influence Strategy: Partner with Marketing Leads to develop annual regional plans that link directly to global brand mission. Provide post-campaign reports and insights
Requirements:
6-8+ years of consumer marketing experience (ideally with large-scale brands or agencies)
Expert-level understanding of youth culture
Firm pulse on North American youth trends, music, and streaming innovations
Excel at 'managing up' and creating high-quality, data-backed presentations in Google Suite
Navigate ambiguity with ease and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
