As a CMI Intern, you will be on the frontlines of shaping & impacting the trajectory of Unilever. Dive deep into dynamic data, orchestrating both primary and secondary research with precision. From deciphering market nuances to executing research, you'll extract invaluable insights that directly impact Unilever's marketing objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Achieve strategic objectives through key meta-work activities, including visualization, storytelling, and summarization of critical points to set our brands for success
  • Build GOTFL (Get on the front line) capabilities driving operations digital oriented activities such as Other Say, TikTok trends
  • Partner with research powerhouses (e.g. Ipsos, BASES, Kantar, Milward Browth) to design questionnaires & communicate key findings and recommendations to brand teams in a succinct & impactful way
  • Lead systems setup with research agencies, ensuring seamless integration for efficient execution

Requirements

  • Internship period: 13 Jul 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
  • Eligible applicants must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
  • fresh graduates are not eligible for an internship
  • Commitment of a minimum of 3 days a week. (Full time commitment preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced & results driven environment with a strong appetite for success
  • Proactive and willing to take on new challenges
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written & verbal

  • Create and manage advertising campaigns or their execution by external partners to support marketing initiatives around our top brands
  • Oversee the creation and management of 45% of the entire US marketing budget, with a large focus on ecommerce spending
  • Lead post-specific reporting, highlighting wins and providing recommendations on potential optimizations
  • Convey the consumer marketing plans to all stakeholders (sales, studios, marketing managers). Receive feedback and adapt plans according to needs
  • Detail specific goals for return on investment for each advertising campaign (ROAS, acquisition cost, conversion rates, ACOS)
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure best-in-class monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Develop reporting standards and metrics to communicate performance, including but not limited to conversions, ROI, acquisition costs, and market share
  • Develop and manage an ongoing social content calendar for all relevant social media channels, inclusive of social strategy, sharing out KPIs, and co-owning for total marketing editorial calendar
