The Consumer Marketing Coordinator - Northern Europe will play a pivotal role in supporting the consumer marketing team with marketing activation, including consumer engagement and profitable growth in the Northern Europe region. The role is reporting directly to the Northern Europe Consumer Marketing Lead. This role will act as a key coordinator and support in aligning our consumer activation and execution with Resmed’s Global and EMEA consumer strategy and objectives. The Consumer Marketing Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams (product, revenue, consumer and provider marketing) to achieve seamless execution and ensure the consumer activation plans can be rolled out across the Northern Europe region.
Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day operations, enabling us to execute with excellence, in terms of internal stakeholder communication, and adherence to regional processes and standards
Manage the content review and approval process and documentation management
Support with administrative tasks like purchase order creation and invoice management
Work closely with the Northern Europe Consumer Marketing Lead to coordinate the direct to consumer initiatives and roll out of projects in the region
Be the coordinator for our digital marketing tools and assets in the region, like brand site and campaign sites
Support localisation and transcreation of Global/ EMEA/Regional content and disseminate across relevant markets in the region
Work closely with product, revenue, marketing and E-commerce teams to ensure correct, relevant and effective consumer marketing communication
Support with pilot projects and roll out across the region
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in planning, administrative, organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline and budget requirements
Determined, results focused, self-motivated, flexible and innovative team player
Highly ethical and acts with utmost integrity and attention to detail
Passionate about marketing and ability to develop strong cross-functional internal relationships at different levels
Highly adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business and understanding of customers needs
Strong communication and influencing skill, with experience and knowledge of marketing activation and campaign roll out
Knowledge from working with project management tools and documentation
Fluent in English
Nice to have:
Additional EMEA languages being a plus
Degree qualification in marketing, advertising or related discipline
Previous direct to consumer experience is meritorious
Digital marketing experience is a plus
Previous experience in medical device/pharmaceutical/consumer healthcare sales & marketing environment or at marketing agencies working with these industries is a merit
