This role is designed to enhance customer engagement by strategically managing loyalty programs and mobile app platforms. As a Contract to permanent employment opportunity, this position blends marketing expertise, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to deepen customer relationships and improve program performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the daily operations and functionality of loyalty programs and mobile app platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences
  • Collaborate with IT, Sales, Marketing, and other departments to address technical issues and optimize program performance
  • Analyze key metrics such as customer retention, purchase frequency, and basket size to inform strategic enhancements
  • Develop promotional campaigns aligned with company objectives and brand identity, including app-exclusive offers and targeted communications
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and provide detailed reports on performance metrics
  • Ensure all customer communication reflects the company's values and is personalized to enhance engagement
  • Maintain accurate program databases and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Train store teams on loyalty tools and best practices to improve customer interaction and program adoption
  • Conduct periodic store visits to support implementation and gather feedback for program improvements
  • Manage project timelines, schedules, and documentation related to loyalty initiatives while supporting administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer loyalty program management or marketing roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Apps and familiarity with iOS apps
  • Excellent communication skills, including email correspondence and customer service
  • Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide solutions
  • Experience in training teams and supporting frontline staff
