Job Description

Play an integral role in the department's activities with a high level of responsibility as a member of a specific industry-focused team. Responsibilities include formulating new business proposals, developing company forecasts and valuations, evaluating merger and acquisition scenarios and preparing documents related to the public issuance of stock.

Job Responsibility

  • Use data from a wide range of sources to analyze key themes and identify possible impacts on the business
  • Translate business objectives into clearly defined business cases, costs, and schedules to support growth in the business
  • Write and edit material for various target populations, tailoring the tone and content to match the needs and expectations of each audience
  • Develop a plan and follow up to manage net present value (NPV) analysis on candidates (product pipeline)
  • Perform business case development, financial modeling, and accounting and valuation analyses, incorporating probability, time, cost, budget impacts, and returns, to allow for optimal strategic and investment decision-making
  • Support to prioritize and close key deals of strategic and/or financial significance for the company
