The Consumer Insights Sr. Analyst is on the forefront of the insights transformation in Pepsico, the voice of the consumer and an essential strategic partner to the marketing team to unlock growth for the C&C portfolio and champion Insights Capabilities.This role is critical partner to the local Marketing, R&D, Innovation, Commercialization and Sales teams and needs to ensure that the decisions taken and assets developed are based on the needs and wants of the Caricam consumers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive the consumer-centric culture by building a strong sense of empathy for key consumer targets across the brand marketing team and across the organization
  • Actively participates in key planning processes
  • Lead the Consumer Insights Learning Plans for Gamesa
  • Support JBP processes with Key customers & retailers
  • Integrates research, intelligence and analytics to generate insights that facilitates decision making
  • Drive the development of future growth opportunities for the brands and categories
  • Play a critical role in the development of effective, consumer-centric advertising, programming and innovation ideas, that will be key in the digital mindset journey
  • Support Latam Foods teams by sharing local insights and helping them understand the local consumers
  • Facilitates planning and execution of insights activities for the brands in collaboration with other functions (R&D, Innovation, Shopper Insights, Analytics, Revenue Managements, Field Marketing)
  • Support the DX teams by leading the local insights analysis and presentations to customers
  • Support the Revenue Management teams by leading the value agenda
