Job Responsibility:

  • Define and own the brand strategy and positioning, including target audience identification and value propositions, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals
  • Translate insights into action by synthesizing consumer, market, and competitor research to inform messaging and product decisions
  • Design and plan all advertising media, PR programs, and consumer/trade promotions to achieve targeted market objectives
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and retail channels, from creative briefs to media tactics
  • Manage product launches and the full product lifecycle, coordinating packaging, pricing support, and post-launch optimization
  • Organize all necessary educational events to enhance brand efficiency and market performance
  • Monitor and manage brand P&I budgets, and ROI, tracking spend versus plan and optimizing campaigns based on ROAS
  • Measure and report performance by setting KPIs, monitoring brand health, and providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
  • Track and analyze brand/product performance and profitability trends to ensure financial objectives are met

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing/commercial areas
  • University Degree, preferably with a main focus on Business or Marketing
  • MBA/MSc in relevant field of study
  • Significant experience in product management from a major multinational company (preferably in consumer health or FMCG sector)
  • Proven experience in managing budget, marketing activation and brand plans
  • Proven ability to assess external market factors, major competitive drivers and key trends to secure competitive advantage
  • Adequate digital/IT skills (as an end user) – Ability to quickly adopt new technologies
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both in written & verbal)
