Job Description

As Uber Eats expands beyond restaurant delivery, the Grocery & Retail sector is a critical frontier. Based in our Amsterdam hub, you will be the driving force behind our consumer growth in the Polish market. You will wear multiple hats to ensure we are constantly optimizing, scaling, and executing at the highest level to win the grocery and retail space in Poland.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive strategic growth to scale our Grocery & Retail footprint in Poland
  • Spearhead reporting & analytics
  • Build reports and dashboards
  • Conduct deep dives into user behavior and category metrics
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Champion consumer growth
  • Take full ownership of consumer-facing growth campaigns for the Polish market
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure total alignment and seamless execution of retail and grocery promotions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment (such as business operations, tech, analytics, consulting, or banking)
  • Deep comfort with complex datasets
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets (or equivalent tools)
  • Ability to take ambiguous, open-ended problems, apply logical structure, and use data-driven insights to crack them
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven track record of collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, ruthlessly prioritizing workstreams across multiple projects, and executing tasks with precision
  • Fluency in English is required

Nice to have

  • Fluency or working proficiency in Polish
  • Prior experience in the grocery, retail, e-commerce, or rapid-delivery sectors
