Ballard Spahr is seeking a mid-level, non-partnership track Staff Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our thriving consumer finance litigation practice in Denver, New Jersey (Mt. Laurel), or Philadelphia.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in consumer finance and mortgage litigation (e.g., Truth in Lending Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Equal Opportunity Credit Act, federal and state laws governing unfair, deceptive and abusive acts and practices)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Active bar license in Colorado, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania
  • Active bar license in California strongly preferred
