Requirements
Experience in collections, customer service, or contact centre environments
Confidence handling both inbound and outbound calls
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid numerical ability and problem-solving mindset
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
