Job Description:

The Consumer Experience team plays a pivotal role in driving a data-informed approach to product development—enhancing value, accelerating growth, and elevating customer experiences across our Store Brand portfolio. In partnership with product development teams, we ensure that new products and existing assortments consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. This role is responsible for supporting all facets of the Store Brand Consumer Experience process, including competitive benchmarking, consumer feedback analysis, portfolio reviews, and implementing actionable solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with Product Development and Category Management teams to assess Store Brand product portfolios, delivering data-driven insights to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
Manage collaborative external partnerships to garner digital feedback
Coordinate and manage project timelines aligned with Planogram schedules to ensure timely and successful product launches
Oversee consumer and colleague sampling initiatives to generate actionable insights on usability and product experience
Provide ad hoc support to Store Brand and Merchant teams as needed

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in product development, quality assurance, retail management, digital/social marketing, or manufacturing
Proven experience building relationships and communicating complex information clearly and concisely across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, maintaining organized records and schedules
Previous experience gathering and synthesizing data to provide actionable insights and support decision making
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
