As a Product Designer for Aquent Studios, you will be a visionary force in shaping the future of consumer experience (CX) for one of our top clients in the Pharma space. Partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams, you will realize the vision of providing world-class user experiences across a diverse product ecosystem. This is a dynamic role where you will lead projects through ambiguity, distilling complex research into elegant design solutions. Your work will not only define the visual and interactive standards of the brand but will also advocate for Human-Centered Design (HCD) across a global enterprise, ensuring every touchpoint delivers positive, measurable results for the user.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive all phases of the product design lifecycle, including research distillation, ideation, wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and final implementation specs
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to drive a unified user experience, ensuring consistency across iOS, Android, and web platforms
  • Develop and document product design standards and patterns to maintain a cohesive design system across the entire product suite
  • Act as a champion for Human-Centered Design within the digital development process, integrating best practices and user-centric measurement criteria
  • Lead design sprints within an Agile environment, creating clickable prototypes to test and validate concepts rapidly
  • Present and evangelize design concepts to stakeholders at all levels, acting as a vibrant storyteller for the product’s vision

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience designing and shipping successful digital products
  • A dynamic design portfolio demonstrating your process, problem-solving abilities, and shipped work is required
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite and Sharepoint
  • Strong experience with iterative design sprints, Lean/Agile processes, and Human-Centered Design methodologies
  • Deep understanding of Human Interface Guidelines for iOS, Android, and web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Background in health technology or the pharmaceutical industry
  • Additional creative skills in motion design, filmmaking, or multimedia design
  • Experience leading cultural shifts or digital transformation initiatives within an organization
