We are looking for a Consumer Driven Health Administrator to support customer service and claims operations for a healthcare-focused team in Salem, Oregon. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling claim activity, responding to member inquiries, and contributing to daily departmental workflows in a fully onsite environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to manage a steady volume of administrative and customer support tasks.

Job Responsibility

  • Review and process consumer-driven health and related claims accurately and within established timelines.
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone and provide clear, detail-focused support regarding account or claim questions.
  • Make outbound calls when follow-up is needed to resolve issues, gather information, or communicate claim updates.
  • Maintain organized records and enter claim or service details carefully to support accurate documentation.
  • Assist the department with day-to-day administrative tasks that help keep operations running smoothly.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to address service concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Monitor work for completeness and accuracy while following established procedures and service standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Background handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Familiarity with insurance claims, medical claims, or consumer-directed health accounts such as FSA programs.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly to customers.
  • Solid attention to detail and accuracy when processing transactions or updating records.
  • Ability to work in a permanent, 100% onsite setting in Salem, Oregon.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing daily priorities.
