Robert Half is hiring a Consumer Collections Representative – Loss Mitigation for a growing national mortgage and financial services company in Tempe. Job Responsibility

  • Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls related to delinquent mortgage accounts and payment collection
  • Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers regarding past-due mortgage payments
  • Gather, review, and enter relevant financial information accurately into internal systems
  • Explain potential repayment or financial solution options based on customer circumstances
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately
  • Follow compliance, quality, and customer care standards
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance development

  • 10+ years of experience in credit risk management in the financial services ideally with a large bank mortgage portfolio or equivalent consumer credit portfolio management experience at a leading consumer financial institution with knowledge of consumer residential real estate market and regulatory management in the U.S.
