Consumer Campaign Manager - E-Commerce EMEA

• Own the EMEA consumer campaign roadmap aligned with global marketing and eCommerce priorities
• Lead the EMEA promotional calendar, including the delivery of three major consumer campaigns per year
• Define success metrics and KPIs
• track performance and drive continuous optimization
• Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution across eCommerce, marketing, revenue, technology, and operations teams
• Drive eCommerce growth through new consumer acquisition and increased lifetime value
• Partner with commercial teams to support market and channel expansion initiatives
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality digital consumer experience across EMEA markets
• Use data and consumer insights to inform decisions and improve campaign effectiveness
• Support the transition to scalable eCommerce platforms in partnership with MarTech and IT
• Act as a key point of contact for campaign-related stakeholders across the region
• Ensure campaigns operate in line with regional and industry compliance requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing, eCommerce, or digital campaign leadership roles
• Proven experience delivering multi-market consumer or eCommerce campaigns
• Strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics and consumer behavior
• Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations with global and regional stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
