resmed’s Health Consumer Marketing team is seeking a (Senior) Consumer Campaign Manager - E-Commerce EMEA to support the delivery of consumer-led eCommerce growth across the region. At resmed, we develop solutions that help people living with sleep apnea, COPD, and other chronic conditions improve their quality of life. Through our direct-to-consumer channels, we focus on increasing awareness, access, and engagement across key EMEA markets. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of consumer campaigns across EMEA, with a primary focus on the UK, Germany, and France. Reporting to the Head of Health Consumer Marketing EMEA, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including eCommerce, Revenue, Marketing, GTS, Supply Chain, and Technology to ensure aligned execution and strong commercial outcomes. You will oversee the EMEA promotional calendar, coordinate campaign delivery across multiple markets, and support the evolution of our eCommerce platforms to enable scalable growth.
Job Responsibility:
Own the EMEA consumer campaign roadmap aligned with global marketing and eCommerce priorities
Lead the EMEA promotional calendar, including the delivery of three major consumer campaigns per year
Define success metrics and KPIs
track performance and drive continuous optimization
Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution across eCommerce, marketing, revenue, technology, and operations teams
Drive eCommerce growth through new consumer acquisition and increased lifetime value
Partner with commercial teams to support market and channel expansion initiatives
Ensure a consistent, high-quality digital consumer experience across EMEA markets
Use data and consumer insights to inform decisions and improve campaign effectiveness
Support the transition to scalable eCommerce platforms in partnership with MarTech and IT
Act as a key point of contact for campaign-related stakeholders across the region
Ensure campaigns operate in line with regional and industry compliance requirements
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in consumer marketing, eCommerce, or digital campaign leadership roles
Proven experience delivering multi-market consumer or eCommerce campaigns
Strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics and consumer behavior
Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations with global and regional stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
