This highly strategic, field-based position focuses on designing, developing, and positioning end-to-end Snowflake solutions tailored to meet the unique business challenges of our customers. As a DVSA, you will collaborate across sales, delivery, and partner ecosystems to create forward-thinking technology roadmaps, develop service offerings, and build long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for a technically adept, business-savvy professional who thrives in a consultative environment, enjoys solutioning complex technical challenges, and is passionate about driving digital transformation at scale.

Job Responsibility:

  • Architect and develop tailored DV solutions for enterprise clients, including assessments, health checks, deployment strategies, and advisory services
  • Present and articulate DV solutions that address critical business challenges through compelling storytelling, whiteboarding sessions, demos, and executive briefings
  • Partner with internal sales and delivery teams to craft strategic sales plans, scope project deliverables, and author detailed Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their long-term objectives and mapping technology solutions to desired outcomes
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and key technology partners
  • Maintain a minimum of five partner technical certifications, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and deep technical expertise
  • Expand influence in your assigned territory through proactive engagement with vendors, partners, clients, and CDW field teams
  • Act as a subject matter expert across multiple technology domains
  • contribute to thought leadership initiatives such as blogs, webinars, and social media
  • Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, mentor junior architects and sellers, and support enablement efforts for the broader Digital Velocity team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience architecting, delivering, or selling complex IT solutions
  • Or, 11+ years of experience architecting, delivering, or selling complex IT solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in data architecture and data engineering, with at least 3 years hands-on in Snowflake
  • Deep expertise in Snowflake features (Warehouses, Streams/Tasks, Time Travel, RBAC, Clustering, Stages etc.)
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Python
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical discussions, influence decision-making, and align technology strategy with business outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into Snowflake-based solutions
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer engagement
  • Ability to mentor and coach peers, fostering knowledge transfer and collaborative team success
  • Must be comfortable working in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment
