As a Consulting Project Manager in ISD Delivery Excellence, you will enable predictable, high-quality delivery at scale by driving delivery governance, standards, tooling, and portfolio health insights. As part of ISD Business Excellence, this role supports the operational health of delivery by reinforcing delivery governance, standard ways of working, quality and compliance practices, and data-driven insights. You will help drive continuous improvement across delivery execution, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial stewardship, actionable reporting, and consistent customer and internal stakeholder experiences.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 5+ years experience in project management OR equivalent experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
6+ years financial management experience
Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification
Certification in relevant industry
Experience leading cross-functional delivery operations, governance efforts to improve execution rigor across multiple projects/programs
Experience with project financial management
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes
Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and training sessions
Demonstrated experience implementing and sustaining process improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in business excellence, operational efficiency, and organizational change management
Ability to identify business use cases for AI infusion and demonstrated skills in developing and implementing AI agents
Demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines
Experience delivering large, multi-workstream consulting engagements and partnering with sales on deal handoff, amendments, and deliverable acceptance
Experience building portfolio reporting and insights
Experience leveraging and creating reusable delivery assets
