Job Responsibility

  • Architect New Offerings: You will work across the business to define and launch new consulting offerings, starting with our Software Engineering Automation CoE. This includes defining engagement structures, structuring pricing models aligned with elite consultancy standards, and laying out the plan for first client delivery
  • Elevate the Client Experience: You’ll start with our Interoperability CoE, auditing the current client journey and raising the bar for how we deliver value. You will design operational frameworks and workflows to ease the delivery burden on our consulting principals
  • "V1" Lead Delivery: As a new area spins up, you will be a key strategist on the ground. In the initial stages, you will help execute and test the first engagements in the market to gather client feedback, validate the model, and strategically shape the future delivery approach
  • Quality & Storytelling Mastery: You provide the final set of eyes on storytelling logic and visual polish for all executive-facing outputs. You ensure our work resonates with senior healthcare stakeholders and meets HTD’s high standards
  • Portfolio Stewardship & Insights: You will maintain a live view of team capacity and you will leverage operational data to drive strategic decisions, forecast capacity needs, and identify early warnings of when it’s time to scale or hire. You’ll also partner with Finance to ensure project health, revenue impact, and milestone completion are tracked with 100% accuracy

Requirements

  • External Consulting SME Background: 5+ years of experience in an external professional services or consulting firm, with a track record of building, structuring, or launching new service lines. Experience limited strictly to internal corporate consulting roles will not be considered
  • The "Builder" Mindset: You are a self-starter who thrives in the ambiguity of a "V1" project, comfortable with open-ended engagements, and views the creation of operational frameworks as a core part of business strategy
  • Healthcare & Tech Literacy: A strong understanding of the fundamentals of the US healthcare ecosystem and a solid grasp of digital transformation involving technology and data. (While deep healthcare domain expertise is a strong plus, exceptional consulting generalists able to adapt quickly to new industries are highly encouraged to apply)
  • Storytelling Mastery: A high "design eye", a clear understanding of a consultant's core value proposition, and the ability to turn domain complexity into a polished, persuasive executive narrative
  • Operational Excellence: An operational mindset with experience in tracking portfolio health and optimizing professional services workflows
