Job Responsibility

  • Join initially as an Associate Partner for six months, progressing to full Partner subject to review
  • Lead client relationships, oversee project delivery, and shape proposals for new engagements
  • Develop new business opportunities through credibility and insight — not aggressive sales targets
  • Work flexibly across business development, delivery, and equity ventures based on your strengths
  • Support and mentor future firm leaders while contributing to governance and firm-wide strategy
  • Contribute to the management and growth of the firm’s private equity portfolio, including participation in boards where relevant
  • Deliver projects across a wide range of areas, including regeneration, public sector transformation, and sustainability initiatives
  • Help enhance diversity and foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and entrepreneurial thinking

Requirements

  • Experienced management consultant or senior professional with at least 5 years’ leadership experience in consulting or professional services
  • Strong track record of developing and delivering strategic projects for major public or private sector clients
  • Confident engaging at the C-suite and board level, with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Strategic thinker with expertise in sectors such as infrastructure, property, transport, or low-carbon technologies
  • Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and motivated by the opportunity to help shape a growing partnership
  • Holds a full driving licence and is open to travel across the UK (and occasionally Europe)
