Job Description:

Join a team driving large-scale finance transformation projects powered by automation and cutting-edge technology. As part of the Intelligent Finance and Accounting Operations (IFAO) team, you will play a key role in delivering BlackLine solutions and helping clients optimize and modernize their finance processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end BlackLine implementation projects (Financial Close Management & Intercompany)
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor for clients
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions, driving alignment and decision-making
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and project teams
  • Challenge existing approaches and propose innovative, value-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with client SMEs to ensure successful delivery outcomes
  • Support automation and transformation of finance processes within BPO environments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in BlackLine implementations (certification preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of BlackLine product suite, especially Financial Close & Intercompany
  • Experience leading technology deployment projects
  • Solid understanding of finance processes (RTR – Record to Report)
  • Background in consulting and working directly with clients
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
