Job Description:

The CNS Engineer is a profile similar to High Touch Engineer but with more advanced technical skills (e.g., networking at the CCNP level). He should be able to perform first-level troubleshooting before engaging TAC/BU and must ensure proper data anonymization for strategic customers while facilitating resolution with CISCO global organizations.

Job Responsibility:

Works with customers on strategy/deployment/optimization of Cisco services and solutions
Takes leadership role in execution of delivery projects
Improves solutions and methods for knowledge sharing
Creates, reviews and approves project deliverables
Builds and/or leverage test environments to resolve complex problems
Leverages software skills to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot Cisco products
Contributes to development of digital intellectual capital
Acts as focal point for problem resolution for assigned customer engagements
Collaborates with other Consulting Engineers
Interacts with individual contributors, managers, and customers
Provides input to Sales team in creating technology solutions
Engages with sales teams on pre-sales activities
Solves highly complex problems and identifies innovative options

Requirements:

BSc Computer Science or equivalent
5-8 years of relevant work experience
Advanced degree strongly preferred
Italian language
English language
CCNP level networking skills
Ability to perform first-level troubleshooting
Ability to ensure proper data anonymization for strategic customers
