Job Responsibility:

  • Own end‑to‑end Services sales for assigned accounts, from early customer engagement (“Listen & Consult”) through deal close, renewal, and multi‑year expansion, ensuring alignment with customer business priorities
  • Shape and drive Services strategy within the account plan, partnering closely with Account Executives (ATU) to integrate Services into the broader customer transformation roadmap
  • Lead solution orchestration across One Microsoft, mobilizing Consulting, Unified, CSU, STU, Global Black Belts, and delivery teams to co‑create differentiated, outcome‑based Services engagements
  • Accelerate Cloud and AI transformation, identifying and advancing high‑impact Services opportunities that drive consumption, measurable business outcomes, and long‑term customer value
  • Own Services pipeline management, forecasting, and execution rigor, ensuring strong operational discipline, deal quality, and achievement of quarterly and annual Services targets
  • Protect, grow, and expand Unified Services through strategic renewals, whitespace identification, and proactive engagement with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Act as the Services sales leader and customer advocate, ensuring Services engagements are positioned to deliver sustained impact, customer success, and Microsoft differentiation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years industry sales experience in the commercial or public sector (e.g. Finance, Local Government) or related work OR 6+ years industry sales experience in the commercial or public sector (e.g. Finance, Local Government) OR equivalent experience
  • 5+ years consulting services and Unified / support sales experience
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and pre-sales processes
  • Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese and English

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 6+ years industry solution or consulting sales experience in the commercial or public sector (e.g. Financial Services, Local Government) or related work OR equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer value and business outcomes
  • Familiarity with Microsoft methodologies and Industry Cloud solutions
