Consultant

• Collaborate and work effectively across multiple levels, roles, and functions internally and within client organizations
• Manage multiple, and sometimes competing, priorities
• Work with internal sellers to understand client expectations and ensure engagement success
• Take ownership of developing and customizing all project materials
• Create and manage project work plans to ensure key deadlines are met
• Develop project reports, run weekly status calls, and manage ongoing client communication
• Accurately create client-specific deliverables, leveraging internal experts and incorporating feedback
• Plan and participate in project working sessions and training deliveries, including leading breakout groups
• Lead debrief meetings with internal teams to evaluate project milestones, strengths, and areas for improvement
• Support the development of reinforcement solutions that drive long-term client success
• Contribute to internal product development initiatives to improve methodologies, processes, and tools
• Support senior internal sales leaders in project scoping and proposal creation

• 2 years of post-graduate experience in management consulting, project management, or a related role involving writing and coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, Slack, and Google Drive
• Willing and able to travel 50–75% of the time to client locations
• Comfortable in a hybrid work environment with a possible few days per month expected in their Charlotte HQ office
• Process-oriented, highly organized, and meticulous
• An excellent writer and clear, concise communicator
• A strong listener and consensus-builder
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking on diverse responsibilities

This person doesn't need to have previous consulting experience but should have strong organizational skills, ability to think on the fly and get creative, excellent communication, high EQ, be able to hold their own with C-suite of enterprise companies and have an innate competitive drive
