Job Description:

This role is perfect for experienced recruiters looking for their next step. As a Consultant, you will manage the entire candidate recruitment performance. Hunter Bond are a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology & change sectors in Europe, North America & Asia. We are on the hunt for a seasoned and successful recruiter to join our London team. We work and have very well-established relationships with the globe's leading FinTechs i.e., quant funds, hedge funds, software development firms, prop/systematic/diversified trading firms, and award-winning startups!

Job Responsibility:

Identify & Qualify: Source and approach potential candidates in a telephone-based environment, assessing their suitability against specific client requirements
Resource: Utilise job boards, internal database and social media to find high-quality professionals
Proactively seeking new business opportunities & generating leads

Requirements:

Proven recruitment experience in our markets/similar verticals that show you can shape and attract top passive talent
Solid billing/placements history and role longevity
Comprehensive market knowledge and strong commercial awareness
Demonstrable evidence of delivering a service based on integrity
Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills
