Job Description

For our global client from the Life Sciences & Healthcare Consulting industry, we are looking for Consultants / Associate Consultants to join their international project teams. You will support a variety of client engagements across pharma, biotech, medtech and healthcare sectors. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, timely project outputs through analytical work, problem solving and supporting the development of more complex solutions. You may also lead small workstreams within larger projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyse client requirements and challenges
  • support creation of proposals and solution designs
  • Prepare detailed documentation, specifications and client-ready deliverables
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform insights and recommendations
  • Develop structured presentations tailored to client needs
  • Present deliverables where required, following established frameworks and methodologies
  • Build consulting expertise and deepen market knowledge through ongoing learning
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers and Principals across multi-disciplinary project teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience (consulting, analytics, research, business operations or life sciences environment)
  • Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of core business processes and organisational dynamics
  • Knowledge of consulting methodologies, analysis tools and structured problem-solving
  • Awareness of trends, competitors and regulatory influences in the life sciences sector
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
