About the role. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
At least 5 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance in an international environment
Understanding how insurance companies or banks work, being familiar with their key processes and business models
Experience in the functional design of IT solutions and running IT implementations
To be creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems
To ensure quality of the deliverables of your team, by applying analytical thinking and synthesis skills
Experience in team management and taking responsibility for team results
Ability to work in Japan on a full-time basis
At least a bachelor’s degree
Great command of English (over TOEIC 900) and Japanese (over N1 level), being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers
Show interest in supporting business development activities in Japan.
