We are looking for passionate graduates, who want to make a real difference in the lives of those they treat, to join our one-year Graduate Program in our Sydney office. You’ll work with a team of dedicated allied health professionals, supporting your clients on their journey to return to work and return to life after physical or psychological injury.
Job Responsibility:
Completing office-based and vehicle ergonomic assessments
Activities of Daily Living assessments for equipment or household services prescription
Conducting worksite assessments to interpret the physical demands and environment your client may work in and to understand what duties they can complete to achieve their short-term and long-term return-to-work goals
Completing functional capacity evaluations
Collaborating with other health practitioners (including other Allied Health professionals, GPs and Surgeons) through case conferencing
Organising rehabilitation activities for your client incl. Pilates, Hydrotherapy, etc.
Reviewing and analysing medical reports e.g. MRIs, X-Rays, etc.
Work with adult clients living with varying socioeconomic, educational, psychosocial and nationality backgrounds
Provide initial assessment, testing and brief interventions for job seekers who have psychosocial and mental health barriers to obtaining or sustaining employment
Requirements:
Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy or Exercise Physiology or Rehabilitation Counselling (must be Masters)
Hold a degree in Masters of Professional Psychology, completed in 2025 and hold registration with AHPRA. Must be eligible for the 5+1 supervision.
Be eligible for AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA membership, upon graduating and commencing into this role.
Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating early 2026
Pass a national criminal check, prior to commencing employment
Have full Australian working rights
Hold a full drivers’ license, your own vehicle and comprehensive insurance
