Job Description:

We are looking for passionate graduates, who want to make a real difference in the lives of those they treat, to join our one-year Graduate Program in our Sydney office. You’ll work with a team of dedicated allied health professionals, supporting your clients on their journey to return to work and return to life after physical or psychological injury.

Job Responsibility:

  • Completing office-based and vehicle ergonomic assessments
  • Activities of Daily Living assessments for equipment or household services prescription
  • Conducting worksite assessments to interpret the physical demands and environment your client may work in and to understand what duties they can complete to achieve their short-term and long-term return-to-work goals
  • Completing functional capacity evaluations
  • Collaborating with other health practitioners (including other Allied Health professionals, GPs and Surgeons) through case conferencing
  • Organising rehabilitation activities for your client incl. Pilates, Hydrotherapy, etc.
  • Reviewing and analysing medical reports e.g. MRIs, X-Rays, etc.
  • Work with adult clients living with varying socioeconomic, educational, psychosocial and nationality backgrounds
  • Provide initial assessment, testing and brief interventions for job seekers who have psychosocial and mental health barriers to obtaining or sustaining employment

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy or Exercise Physiology or Rehabilitation Counselling (must be Masters)
  • Hold a degree in Masters of Professional Psychology, completed in 2025 and hold registration with AHPRA. Must be eligible for the 5+1 supervision.
  • Be eligible for AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA membership, upon graduating and commencing into this role.
  • Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating early 2026
  • Pass a national criminal check, prior to commencing employment
  • Have full Australian working rights
  • Hold a full drivers’ license, your own vehicle and comprehensive insurance
