Job Description

Work with BFSI clients on technology-driven strategy and implementation projects, contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define processes, gather requirements, and manage delivery of multiple projects while ensuring adherence to governance frameworks.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver projects in areas such as cloud adoption strategies, automation and digitization programs, and technology implementation roadmaps
  • Support initiatives like go-to-market strategies, pricing models, target operating model design, and customer value proposition definition
  • Conduct market research, benchmarking, and assist in BRD/FRD documentation and process optimization
  • Gather, review, and align business requirements from Business/Product teams following internal SOPs
  • Perform requirement analysis through BRDs and gap documents
  • Act as liaison between development teams and business for clarification, validation, and closing information gaps
  • Work with technical teams, business users, and vendors to resolve issues with project deliverables
  • Provide functional support during development and testing phases
  • Define governance frameworks for project management, change management, and release management
  • ensure adherence and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage project lifecycle activities from conceptualization to implementation and support, ensuring compliance with IT governance policies
  • Coordinate and report project activities to meet business deadlines
  • Support proposal building and contribute to thought leadership initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years
  • 2–5 years in consulting or BFSI roles with exposure to technology strategy
  • Experience in banks, NBFCs, or fintech with good understanding of products and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager preferred
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, automation tools, and digital transformation frameworks
  • Effective use of business modeling and requirements management techniques (process/workflow modeling, use cases, user stories)
  • Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile credentials desirable
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and ensure governance compliance
  • Familiarity with Generative AI use cases in BFSI
