As a Consultant at LaSource, you will work across a wide range of projects for both technology-driven clients and sports organisations. You will be exposed to diverse subjects, business models, and challenges, requiring curiosity, adaptability, autonomy and a strong willingness to learn. You will support client engagements from analysis through delivery, working closely with senior consultants and partners. In addition to contributing to content and strategy, you will help ensure projects are well-structured, on track, and delivered to a high standard. Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will be encouraged to take initiative, assume ownership, and grow rapidly as a consultant. This role is ideal for early-stage professionals and recent graduates who are motivated by variety, enjoy structured problem-solving, and want to develop strong foundations in consulting, project management, and client delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Support the analysis of client challenges through research, data analysis, and structured problem-solving
Contribute to strategic recommendations, roadmaps, and implementation plans
Assist in delivering projects for both sports organisations and technology-focused clients
Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and analytical outputs
Support day-to-day project management activities, including planning, task coordination, and progress tracking
Help ensure timelines, deliverables, and priorities are clearly defined and followed
Coordinate with internal team members and, when relevant, client stakeholders to keep projects moving forward
Flag risks, dependencies, or delays early and contribute to practical solutions
Work closely with senior consultants and partners to frame problems and design solutions
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and working sessions
Take ownership of assigned workstreams and proactively contribute ideas in a fast-moving environment
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, tooling, and process improvements
Support business development efforts through research, market analysis, and proposal preparation when required
Actively seek feedback and continuously develop your consulting, analytical, communication, and project management skills
Requirements:
0–3 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical skills with a structured and rigorous approach to problem-solving
Passion for the industry / inquisitive about sports, sports business and technology
Organised and reliable, with an interest in how projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered
Comfortable working with common business tools (e.g. Google Workspace, spreadsheets, slide decks)
Excellent written and spoken English is required
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Nice to have:
First experience in a Sports Organisation or Sportstech
Experience in Project Management
Fluency in French or additional languages
Familiarity with project tracking tools
