We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. Responsibilities include executing automated testing, quality assurance support, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and communicating progress with stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and related applications
Maintain and enhance automated testing frameworks and tools to ensure robust test coverage
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements, define test cases, and ensure acceptance criteria are met
Identify, document, and track defects
work with the team to ensure timely resolution
Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes by integrating automated tests into pipelines
Support efforts to optimize testing processes, increase automation coverage, and improve service quality
Assist in preparing test data, environments, and documentation as required
Communicate testing progress, results, and issues to team members and relevant stakeholders
Support business users during user acceptance testing (UAT) and production releases

Requirements:

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in technology delivery, quality assurance, or technology consulting, with at least 1 year focused on automated testing for Power Platform or similar low-code/no-code solutions
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Power Platform test tools, Azure DevOps)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience in regulated environments or financial services is an advantage
Domain knowledge in Private Banking and CRM systems is a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile certifications) are desirable but not required
