Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining fullstack applications using Java (backend) and React (frontend), collaborating with DevOps engineers and development teams to integrate automation and best practices, as well as looking for opportunities to integrate AI and LLM into tools.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using Java (backend) and React (frontend)
Build and enhance tools for SDLC management, metrics, and engineering productivity
Work closely with DevOps engineers to integrate automation and best practices
Collaborate with functional development teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions to help them
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
Work closely with core platform teams to integrate their solutions to benefit the delivery teams
Look for opportunities to integrate AI and LLM into the tools
Contribute fresh ideas and embrace innovative approaches to continuously improve engineering tools and processes

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience as a fullstack developer
Strong Java (Spring Boot or similar) backend skills
Proficient with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD, and DevOps concepts
Good communication and teamwork skills
Demonstrate a passion for building applications and tools that empower developers, streamline their daily tasks, and enhance their overall experience and productivity
