Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist within the CTO Data Technology department. The role involves guiding the team on Agile/Scrum practices, implementing engineering scope, carrying out requirements analysis, and working with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
Guiding the team on how to get the most of our self-organization
Understand & implement engineering scope within defined timelines and quality standards
Carry out detailed requirements analysis, strategy and estimation, development, testing and production implementation
Work closely with another member in Scrum team
Co-ordinate with product owner/developer/quality manager/onsite coordinator for issues resolution
Manager engineering resources and allocate tasks effectively, monitor and guide the team in task execution
Develop the capability of teammate and keep the team moral
Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving
Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by

Requirements:

Experience in any project development related to data warehouse, data lake and data middle platform
Experience on cloud technology such as Google Cloud and Alicloud
Familiar with any of MPP DBs such as Teradata, PostgreSQL, Greenplum
Familiar with any of ecosystem such as Hadoop (HDFS, MR, Hive, HBase), Spark (Core, Streaming, SQL)
Familiar with data visualization tools such as Qliksense, Cognos
Proficient in programming languages such as PL/SQL, Shell, Python and Java
Basic understanding of data modeling and data domain
