Job Description:

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the Scrum process and ensuring that our development teams adhere to agile principles. Your primary responsibility is to guide the team through the Scrum framework, promote collaboration, and remove any obstacles that hinder productivity. A successful Scrum Master is both a servant leader and a coach, fostering continuous improvement and delivering value to the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate daily standup meetings
Assist the team in planning and estimating work for upcoming sprints
Participate in sprint review meetings
Facilitate retrospectives
Act as a servant leader
Meet with team members individually
Consult with team members and stakeholders on Scrum practices
Manage the Scrum board
Regularly analyze burndown charts and other planning tools
Eliminate external blockers and address internal roadblocks
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance team workflows, productivity, and efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
Proficiency in Scrum principles, ceremonies, and artifacts
Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
Certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is a plus

Nice to have:

Certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
