Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. The role involves delivering key transformations for bank applications, with a focus on design, coding, and testing as per business requirements while adhering to QA and release management processes. Candidates should possess strong expertise in Java frameworks, microservices, containerized environments, cloud technologies, and Agile principles, among other technical skills.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver the transformation of key bank application for banks top tier customers
Understand requirements, designs, code
Provide estimates for changes and new development requirements
Create low level design, code and unit test as per business requirements and solution design
Ensure code quality measured by defect counts and defect ratios during build and unit testing phase
Adhere to QA processes and Release management processes
Participate in pod role of engineer and tester as per new ways of working (WoW)

Requirements:

Working knowledge of Source code repository tool GitHub
Working experience and expertise of Java, MicroServices
Good expertise on Java based framework like Spring, Hibernate etc.
Have working experience of micro services supported framework like Spring Boot
Manage and deploy applications in Containerized Environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
Knowledge on Cloud Technologies like GCP
API Integration
Maven/Jenkins integration
Mandatory Technologies Java & JUnit
Oracle, MongoDB
Spring Core & MVC
SQL
Maven
Degree in computer engineering or equivalent degree required
Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience API development
Be hands in doing analysis, derive insights and making presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience in Agile principles adoption or other best in class development practices

Nice to have:

Knowledge on Cloud Technologies like GCP
