Job Responsibility:

Understanding business initiatives through regular interactions with product owner, business users and development managers
Manage 3rd-party software development cycle
Work closely with local and global development teams in overall solution design and technical design activities
Deliver high-quality Java server-side software solution in a timely fashion
Provide bug fixing as needed throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

University graduate with working experience in software development, ideally multi-tier / real time applications
Strong knowledge of Java server-side
Strong communications skills and capable of stakeholder management
Strong problem solving skills
Capable to transform the business requirement into development spec
Strong knowledge and comprehensive experience on development of micro-services
Strong knowledge of SQL / SQL tuning
Fluent in both oral and written English
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Ability to learn fast and rapidly assimilate new business requirements
Disciplined approach, able to follow process and suggest improvements where necessary
