Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. The role involves understanding architecture, managing developments, collaborating with tech leads, and promoting innovation in technology solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Understand the existing architecture of the application, plus the API, data feed and streams between different systems
Able to choose the appropriate tech. stack for new business deliveries and continous improments. Manage the architectural refactoring and development activies, to make sure they are complied to the overall architecture priciples and so as to change faster and break less
Work closely with other tech experts plus the global architects to promote the technical skills in Security Financing as well as innonation
Collobrate with other tech leads effectively to drive global programme/initiatives (i.e. Value Stream or services area)
Are passionate about technology and look for opportunities to learn and bring new ideas to the organization. Have an innovative yet pragmatic approach to creating business and technology solutions

Requirements:

Strong backgroud on Java and SQL technologies, including but are not limited to: development, trouble shooting and performance optimization
Rich experiences on micro service. You should have clear understanding of the development, load balancing, metrics and performance collection and analysis, and support of micro service based applications
Experience with Kubernetes and Serverless design and development
Experience on distributed computing systems and even-driven design

Nice to have:

AI/Marchine Learning, particularly LLM (Large Language Model) solution design
Have a strong Agile/DevOps mindset and understand how it works
Have experience leading and managing an agile cross function delivery team and taking end to end accountability for quality delivery and production operation
