Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. Responsibilities include designing and developing data products, collaborating with business stakeholders, driving innovation, mentoring a team, ensuring compliance with security policies, and staying updated on industry trends. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 8+ years of experience in software development, proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, and experience with data warehousing and visualization tools. Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and implement data products that align with the bank’s data strategy
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in data technologies and platforms
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions
Ensure compliance with data security policies and regulations
Contribute to the overall success of the Analytic Technology team through proactive participation and engagement
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics and software engineering

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on data analytics
Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
