Job Description:

The job holder will have to perform the following duties in WPB STAFF CHANNELS & SELF SERVICE ATMP application: Develop and implement IT solutions to meet business users' requirements; Conduct system tests, user acceptance tests and provide support on system implementation; Ensure a high quality standard of deliverables according to HSBC standards and best practices.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure a high quality standard of deliverables according to HSBC standards and best practices.

Requirements:

A university graduate with degree in computer science or a related discipline
Bachelor Degree or above, with CET-4 or equivalent English level
4-6 Years working experience on AS400(RPGLE and CL on iSeries) is required
2-3 Years related project management experience is preferred
Familiar with API or Cloud will be strong advantage
Test-driven development and Agile experience will be strong advantage
Strong problem solving skills and communication skills
Fast to adapt to English working environment
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative
Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
Experienced in team motivation and management.

Nice to have:

2-3 Years related project management experience is preferred
Familiar with API or Cloud will be strong advantage
Test-driven development and Agile experience will be strong advantage
Experienced in team motivation and management.
