Job Description:

Lead the production support team to resolve incidents and service requests efficiently; Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues; Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless service delivery; Analyze root causes of incidents and implement preventive measures; Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders; Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies; Drive continuous improvement initiatives for support processes

Job Responsibility:

Lead the production support team to resolve incidents and service requests efficiently
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Analyze root causes of incidents and implement preventive measures
Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for support processes

Requirements:

Proven experience in production support for banking or financial software
Strong leadership and team management skills
Solid understanding of incident management processes
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Minimum 4 years of IT Production support experience
Experience with AppDynamic , Splunk toolings or others
