Job Description:

Consultant Specialist role managing end-to-end performance and stability of IT services, ensuring alignment with ITIL Service Lifecycle phases and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve service objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the end-to-end performance and stability of assigned IT services
Act as the single point of contact
Ensure services align with ITIL Service Lifecycle phases: Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation, and Continual Improvement
Ensure service stability, availability, and compliance with Key Controls
Monitor and enforce the effective operation of service controls
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve service objectives
Drive process improvements and service enhancements
Maintain clear and comprehensive service documentation
Lead the support team to address user queries and provide ongoing support

Requirements:

Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
Solid knowledge of ITIL principles and lifecycle management
Familiarity with public cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for service reliability
Effective stakeholder management and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to pursue root cause analysis and ensure problem resolution
