Job Responsibility:

Responsible for providing functional expertise for issue resolution
Responsible for management of front to back functional flows
Expert knowledge of data extraction and analytical tools required for subject matter
Responsible for encouraging the culture of domain understanding within the team
Responsible for taking lead in requirement and testing drives
Responsible for helping product owner to define the acceptance criteria as per customer requirements
Responsible for taking lead in resolving production incidents from functional point of view
Responsible for stakeholder management and building an active, healthy relationship with the business
Responsible for mentoring and providing necessary subject matter expertise to the team when required
Responsible for assuring resilience and governing adherence to controls
Proactively taking lead for any application/functional fixes or wherever functional involvement would help them
Responsible for knowledge transfer on subject matter expertise by writing nimble blogs and sharing best practices

Requirements:

Core Java Expertise: 5+ years Java development, including JVM, concurrency, Spring Boot/Cloud, and modern features (Streams, Lambdas)
Cloud & DevOps: Proven AWS and GCP experience (Container, EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
Database & Caching: Strong skills in relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and Redis (clustering, tuning)
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems, optimize bottlenecks, and make data-driven decisions
CI/CD & IaC: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
