Job Description:

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will deliver tailored solutions and high-impact programs across industries, driving measurable business outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements
Translate client challenges into actionable project plans
Build trusted client relationships
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions
Distill complex data into compelling presentations and recommendations
Apply structured problem-solving approaches
Support business development efforts
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships
Develop proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies
Manage project documentation, risk management, and compliance

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MA/MS in Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field) strongly preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership consulting, culture transformation, organizational design, or change management for Consultants
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR or leadership consulting for Senior Consultants
Demonstrated success in project delivery and client engagement
Experience in project management and pre-sales activities (e.g., proposals, RFPs) highly desirable
Prior in-house experience within corporate HR or Talent functions is a plus
Facilitation and presentation skills
Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Interest or experience in applying AI and machine learning tools within consulting environments

Nice to have:

Additional language skills
Experience applying AI and machine learning tools within consulting environments
