Job Description

The Sr.Solution Architect, SAP SD is accountable for collaborating with the Mgr SAP Support and Team Lead SAP SD in various locations to define, deliver and support IT enabled business solutions for the Sales Operations, Supply Chain and Sourcing functions. This role will also help determine business needs and design & deliver technical solutions for these areas. The Sr.Solution. Architect, SAP SD has primary accountability for the delivery of Order Management system/ESD services including project delivery, system configuration and enhancement and production support in alignment with client IT and company policies and procedures. This role will also steer the design and implementation of Transportation Management (TM) module in SAP in collaboration with Mgr/Principal IT SAP SD.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading the design and implementation of SAP SD/ESD and LE solution-delivery of project deliverables
  • Partnering with key Business and IT stakeholders to outlay the global design of Order Management, Transportation Management
  • Design and build of Interface in SD/TM areas
  • Partnering and collaborating with other Logistics and Finance SAP Solution Architects
  • Work and provide support on various Customer and 3PL interfaces
  • Utilize specialized expertise to collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Sites to define detailed User Stories
  • Partner with Application and Infrastructure to define strategic direction
  • Core member of agile sprint team(s) to configure and develop technical solutions
  • Provide technical delivery of functionality to meet defined business requirements
  • Provide system support and maintenance
  • Create and maintain system lifecycle documents
  • Work within and participates in the Change Control process
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Conform with all regulations and safety rules
  • Exhibit regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required
  • Bachelor's Degree Information Systems required
  • Minimum 5 years 5-8 years of relevant experience required
