As a Consultant, Risk & Compliance – Insurance at BCG, you will drive transformative projects for global insurers and reinsurers, focusing on actuarial, finance, and risk management. Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to transformative Finance, Actuarial, and Risk projects for leading insurers and reinsurers
  • Develop analytical models and frameworks in areas such as capital modeling, solvency, ALM, valuation, and stress testing
  • Support regulatory and accounting transformations, including Solvency II and IFRS 17 implementation
  • Translate actuarial and financial analyses into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross-functional BCG teams, combining strategy, analytics, and AI expertise to deliver holistic solutions
  • Take ownership of specific workstreams and support client interactions throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Insurance Actuarial, Finance, Risk, or Regulatory roles
  • Demonstrated mastery of capital modeling, solvency frameworks, valuation, or actuarial techniques
  • Consulting experience working with clients across various industries
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with experience in financial modeling, data analysis, or risk frameworks
  • Interest and experience in applying AI and advanced analytics in Finance and Risk processes
  • Excellent communication skills at the C-suite level
  • Fluent oral and written language skills: German (C1) and English
