Job Description

We are seeking a Consultant to join our team in New York, focused on helping rights holders unlock the full value of their fan and consumer data through the KORE Intelligence Platform. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and client delivery. You will analyze fan behavior, segmentation, and engagement trends to develop actionable strategies that drive revenue, deepen fan relationships, and inform commercial decision-making.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze fan and consumer data, including behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle insights
  • Identify trends and opportunities across the fan journey to uncover drivers of engagement and value
  • Synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making
  • Translate fan data into strategies that drive ticketing revenue, fan engagement, retention, and lifetime value
  • Develop data-driven recommendations across CRM, marketing, and digital channels
  • Create compelling, client-ready narratives and presentations that clearly articulate strategic direction
  • Contribute to evolving best practices around fan data and KORE-enabled strategy
  • Support end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements, from analysis through to implementation-ready recommendations
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on fan and consumer strategy
  • Collaborate with internal data, product, and marketing teams to deliver integrated, high-quality outputs
  • Manage multiple workstreams to ensure projects are delivered on time and drive measurable impact

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, CRM strategy, or a related field
  • Experience with the KORE Intelligence platform is highly preferred
  • Experience working with consumer or fan data, including segmentation, targeting, or lifecycle analysis
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL, BI tools, or similar)
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience creating client-facing materials
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
